Sports are also an important part of life in Štíty. The various divisions of the SOKOL youth sports club have been active for many years. Particularly successful are the football, table tennis, and tennis teams. Also active are the divisions of chess, recreational exercise, and the Club of Czech Hikers. The SOKOL club rents a sports hall, the football team takes care of the football pitch, and the tennis team maintains the tennis courts.

We have four tennis courts available for tennis enthusiasts.
The courts are available for a fee of CZK 100 per hour.
A monthly pass costs CZK 1,000 per person.
A season pass costs CZK 2,000 per person.

HEROLTICE
Multi-purpose court
Since autumn 2005 we have a multi-purpose court available with an artificial surface. The height of the net can be adjusted for tennis, volleyball, and football-tennis. The multi-purpose court is well lit and suitable for use even in the evening hours. There is also a tennis court with an asphalt surface available in the area. The court is part of the accommodation facility of the company Heroltická s.r.o. Those interested in the multi-purpose court or the asphalt court (and are not staying at the accommodation facility) can make reservations at 775 979 156 (Lukáš Prokop) at least 2 hours ahead of time.
